Creating a Correspondence Notes Report
To generate a correspondence notes report:
- From the Common menu, select Reports > Environment > Standard Reports > Correspondence Notes.
 - Apply Sort and Select Criteria. Refer to Filtering and Selecting Report Data and Sorting and Grouping Report Data.
 - Optional: Click Preview 
. - Click Print 
 to create the Report document. 
The report displays.

- Select the print destination and click Print.
