General

  • Improved support for managing wire products. 
  • A new tool lets you make bulk edits to a group of business partners or jobs. 
  • You can now price a BTO kit "by component" (in addition to by assembled product and by weight.) 
  • Where appropriate, alerts are filtered by location. Example: Users in Location B will most likely not want to receive Alerts if an order is made in Location A.
  • Import - Improved alternate product group validations for sub-products. 

APIs

  • A new API automatically creates products in aSa.Studio based on third-party triggers. 

Invoice

  • New tools allow the user to easily adjust the pricing for a project's final lump sum invoice based on the project value, amount shipped to date, and related information. 

Order Entry

  • You can now perform a return on a sales order. 
  • You can now add pricing to detailed line items on the order report. 
  • Shape Designer - You can now add custom diagonal witness lines to a 3D shape. 

Product Pricing

  • You can now make bulk updates to a price sheet by importing values from an Excel spreadsheet. 

Processing

  • Target Remnant Lengths - Specify "ideal" remnant lengths by machine. When possible, Computer Shearing will cut residual material to match the desired remnant lengths. This allows shop personnel to more easily organize and retrieve remnants for shearing purposes.
  • A new visual legend lets you see more easily which are bars are stock (non-fabricated) on the Material screen. 
  • The program can now dynamically plan and distribute work across a given shop using factors such as cut times, bend times, capacities, and user preferences.

Project Pricing

  • You can now easily apply a price update to all open sales orders and invoices. 
  • You can now apply quantity breakpoints to rebar pricing templates. 
  • You can now import rebar pricing templates created in aSa ex. 

Reports

  • You can now record and create reports showing that a mill is certified for use on special projects. For example: a government job may require certain certifications. 

Scheduling

  • You can now filter the Load calendar by Job and Load. 
  • You can now configure an option to require a user with appropriate permissions to approve a reservation. 

Tracking

  • Shipping Containers - The system now allows you to prepare material for placement in a shipping container until a later delivery time. 
  • The system now logs when tags are loaded using the Not Loaded tool. Supervisors can view this information via the Tracking inquiry.
