You can only delete a shape if it is not used on any orders. 

HINT: To prevent the shape from being used without affecting existing data, mark the shape Inactive rather than deleting it.

To delete a custom shape:

  1. Open the shape in Shape Designer.
  2. Click Delete on the toolbar. 
  3. At the prompt, select Proceed.
