You may find it helpful to have a graphic file  — or snapshot  — of your shape, for example to send to an engineer or to paste into a separate document. 

To download a picture of a shape:

  • With the shape open in Shape Designer, click Snapshot .
    The system creates a .PNG file of the shape image. Depending on your browser, the file may be automatically saved to your Downloads folder or you may be prompted to select a destination folder for the file.
