Use Drawing Transmittal Log to see a list of drawings sent and received. 

To view a Drawing Transmittal log:

  1. From Order Entry, ProRebar, or CAD/Detailing, click Tools > Drawing Transmittal.
  2. Complete the following header fields:
    • Location: Select the location from which the drawing transmittal was sent.
    • Job: Click Lookup 5G Graphic and select the desired job.
    • Customer: Defaults in based on the job selected.

The grid populates based on the selected job.

  1. If desired:
    • Click Print to print the listing.
    • Click Export to export the listing to a .CSV file.
