To generate and immediately print a shipping ticket for the order:

  1. Open the order that you want to ship.
  2. On the Line Entry screen, click Shipping > Print Shipment.
    The shipping ticket is generated; it opens on a new tab ready to print.

To generate a shipment for the current order:

  1. Open the order that you want to ship.
  2. On the Line Entry screen, click Shipping > Create Shipment.
    The Shipping Ticket application opens on a separate tab. The order is automatically loaded onto a new shipping ticket. 
    Optionally, you can edit the shipping ticket or add additional orders before printing. 

To open the Shipping Ticket application from Order Entry:

  • On the Line Entry screen, click Shipping > Launch Shipping Ticket.
    The Shipping Ticket application opens on a separate tab. The screen is blank; it is ready for you to add a shipping ticket. 

To view shipments associated with an order: 

  • On the Line Entry screen, click Shipping > View Shipments. 
    A view-only list of the shipping ticket(s) associated with the order displays.
