Equipment Interface

  • Processing now generates one file per cut list for use by MEP Syntax machinery. (7521, 2025-10-03)

Processing

  • Improved performance when the program displays a list of on-demand tags. (8813, 2025-10-22)
  • The program now accepts numbers with one decimal and no commas. Previously, certain weights with commas were not being handled correctly. (7893, 2025-09-22)
  • The cut length is now correct for straight bars produced on coil machines when the bar requires an add-on length to accommodate an end prep, (7858, 2025-09-10)
  • When you filter by shear group, the correct items now display. (2025-08-11)
  • You can now view Warehouse on the Right Panel; you can also filter data by Warehouse. (Base 25.2)

Reprocessing

  • Improved performance when the program populates the grid. (8836, 2025-10-24))

Routing

  • If you edit a coil machine to remove straight bar capability, routing now updates properly based on the change. (7265, 2025-10-21)
  • Addressed issue in which the system selected the less-preferred route when comparing two similar routes. (8730, 2025-10-21)
  • Eliminated erroneous route validations that occurred in certain scenarios when you placed the order on a load. (8033, 2025-09-20)
  • Corrected issue in which the system did not always use the defined preference and restricted rules for machine assignment. (6883, 2025-08-05)
  • Addressed scenario in which certain kit components were assigned invalid routes because of their parent kit routing data. (6936, 2025-08-05)
  • Improved routing validations for straight bars produced on coil machines. (6951, 2025-07-30)
  • Improved the way the system handles "partial" routes. For example, a bent item's route may appear as Shearline XYZ > ??? if the system can assign a shearline but there are not valid benders for the item. Also, in this scenario, the system will no longer attempt to assign machines/bays after an invalid one. (6604, 2025-07-23)
  • If an item must be manually assigned to a machine, the error message now explains the reason for the manual assignment. (Base 25.2)

Tags

  • All required leg lengths now display properly for BSI shapes based on 2020 building code standards. (7273, 2025-08-22)
