Executive Summary

General Enhancements

  • In a multi-location environment, where a user has restrictions for one of the locations, that user will only see "permissible" data in lookup grids, reports, and inquiries. 
  • Rebar pricing templates can be assigned to jobs and orders. 

Estimating

  • When you edit a line, then save the estimate (or the system performs an auto-save), focus stays at the same line in the grid rather than going to the bottom of line entry. 
  • When you insert lines, then exit insert mode, focus stays at the same line in the grid rather than going to the bottom of line entry. 
  • When you are in Insert mode, and the estimate auto-saves, your focus now stays in the current/insert mode position, rather than the end of the grid. Using the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+I) and clicking with the mouse to set the insert position now function the same way. 

Demand Forecast

  • A new tool allows you to anticipate material and labor needs based on your current and future projects. 

Inventory Management

  • You can now set up vendor-based pricing to auto-populate pricing on purchase orders and receipts. 

Invoice

  • In Generate Invoices, you can now sort and filter by Billing Mode and Progress Billing. 
  • You can now change the following fields on a posted invoice:
    • Bill To Address
    • Ship To Address 
    • PO Number 
    • Invoice Comment 
    • Product Description 
    • Report Notes 
    • Custom Fields 
    • WBS 
    • Salesperson 
    • User Defined 
    • Change Order

General Ledger

  • You can now reverse a general ledger entry. 

Order Entry

  • When you launch a counter sale from Order Entry, you will now be able to accept payment as part of the process (without the need to open Invoice or Cash Receipts on a separate tab). 
  • You can now set up the system to automatically create and download a PDF of the Order Report. 

Processing

  • The system now supports plant automation for Schilt systems with EVG Straightener machinery. 

Product Pricing

  • You can now set up product prices based on the vendor. When you create a purchase order or receive material, the pricing automatically populates.

Scheduling

  • Added Ship Time (as recorded by Load Tracking) to the Scheduling grid.

Shape Designer

  • You can now add custom straight witness lines to 3D shapes.

Shipping Ticket

  • The mobile delivery app now has the ability to record a list of items (palettes, bags, slings, etc.) left at the jobsite and also when these items are returned. Additionally, the app can record wait time and number of crane movements.
