Inventory Tracking

Load Tracking

  • Validations now prevent the (rare) occurrence of tags being associated to voided group tag. (12410, 2026-03-03)
  • When you load a group tag, an unnecessary "Do you want to load ..." prompt no longer appears. (11570, 2026-01-20)
  • Addressed erroneous "No matching inventory tags" issue that occurred when you attempted to load prefabricated stock bent bars. (10662, 2026-01-14)

Material Coating

  • Corrected issue in which the system did not always validate and associate powder to produced items. (12525, 2026-02-27)
  • Eliminated issue in which you couldn't generate an inventory tag in Material Coating mode from the mobile tracker. (9280, 2025-11-11) 

Production Tracking

  • Eliminated "Insufficient components" error that displayed when you a) added the final tag to an assembly and b) overrode missing fabrication step warning. 
  • Addressed issue in which you could not scan a bent tag on shear console machines in certain circumstances. (8208, 2026-02-09)
  • Improved the way the system handles concurrent users/machines attempting to process tags at the same time. (3983, 2026-02-09)
  • You can now add a varying set identified with a Vary Summary tag to a master group. (4108, 2026-02-09) 
  • Kit validations are now handled properly when order items are spread across multiple bundles. (11794, 2026-02-03)
  • Eliminated "unexpected" errors that occurred when you performed tracking scans on the Opto-Shear Console. (11688, 2026-01-23)
  • Eliminated erroneous "bundle cannot be assigned" message that displayed in certain circumstances when you attempted to add an item to a master group. 911054, 2026-01-20) 
  • Group tags are now updated to Active when they are used to assemble a group of material; previously, they would remain in a pending state. (11068, 2026-01-20)
  • When you remove a an item from a group tag, the display now updates properly. (9402, 2025-11-19)
  • When you change machines and "new machine" does not permit group tags, the Generate (group tags) button no longer appears. (9404, 2025-11-19)

Reports, Inquiries, Dashboards

  • Heat/Powder/Lot information now displays correctly on heat reports; previously, the last line could be incorrect for items produced from multiple stock stock tags. (12509, 2026-02-23)
