If an order currently has the status of Incomplete or Approval, you can manually change the status to Open using Actions > Set Open. For additional details, refer to Understanding Order and Schedule Statuses.

To set order status to Open:

  1. In the Scheduling grid, click the select box to select an order.
  2. Click Actions > Set Open.

Note: You cannot set an order to Open if its current status is Processed or Shipped.
