Use the following as a guide to keyboard shortcuts you can use to save time in Order Entry.

Edit the current field; after pressing or F2, you can use arrows to move through the text

HINTS: 

  • If the last line before the bottom blank row has focus, pressing puts you in edit mode on the last line.
  • If multiple rows are selected, pressing Enter puts you in edit mode on the last selected line. 

Enter (when a row has focus)

Edit the same field in the row above or below the current one. 

HINT: If the row above or below does not contain the same field, the first field is selected.
