Order Entry Help

Left Menu

Click to open the module's Left Menu. Click again to hide the menu.

Main Lookup

Select from a list of orders displayed in card format.

Line Entry 

Quickly access the Line Entry screen. This tool provides a quick alternative to selecting Line Entry on the Left menu. 

Refresh

Reload the screen. Refreshing data is helpful if information related to the order changes while the screen is open.

Finish

Save the current order and clear all data from the screen.

Save

Save the current order. The screen remains open, and data remains on the screen.

Cancel

Clear the current screen. You will be prompted to save any changes.

Print

Creates an order report file that can be viewed/printed/saved.

Undo and Redo

Undo or redo your most recent edits to the order.

Edit

Modify order entry data: Insert, Copy, Cut, or Paste line items.

Detailing Tools

Open tools for detailing specific structure types, such as varying bars.

Get Data

Copy line items from a different order or move items from a master order into the current one.

Export to CSV

Export the order to a CSV file.

Element

Manage the order's elements (groupings).

Screen Layout

Select a pre-saved screen layout, or click Settings to manage your screen layouts.

Processing

Print tags for the order or open aSa Processing. 

Delivery Ticket

Create a shipment from the order or open aSa Shipping Ticket. 

Summarize

Quickly view information on selected lines and export to a .csv file.
