A shipping ticket is a clear, concise document to accompany a material delivery. A shipping ticket is sometimes called a bill of lading or delivery ticket. aSa's Shipping module provides to tools to create and edit shipping tickets, but you can also create them directly from withing Scheduling.

Note: You must be licensed for the Shipping Ticket module to use this functionality. 

To generate and print shipping tickets:

  1. Use the Load Building pane to create a load. Refer to Creating a Load.
  2. Organize your delivery stops within the load. Refer to Working with Delivery Stops. A shipping ticket is generated for each stop. 
  3. At the top of the load card, click the Shipping Ticket icon. 

    A summary of your shipments displays.
  4. Check to select the shipping tickets to print.
    HINT: To view or change a shipping ticket, click on the Shipment ID. It will open in the Shipping Ticket application. 
  5. Click Print .
    The print preview opens on a separate browser tab.
