Billing Mode 

Lump Sum or Unit Price. Defaults from Job or Project Pricing where applicable. 

Price Override

Display-only field. A check displays if the system hierarchy pricing is manually overridden in the order. 

Hierarchy Price Source

Displays the source of the system hierarchy pricing, such as: Standard Price, Price Sheet, Pricing Matrix, or Project Pricing. For details, refer to Understanding the Pricing Hierarchy.

Hierarchy Unit Price

Defined system pricing value (where applicable). 

Line Total Price - check total line weight fields

Calculated price of the item including any accessories such as connected end preps or spiral spacers. View-only.

Unit Price 

Unit price for the item. A system-derived hierarchy price displays if applicable. If you override the hierarchy price:

  • The Price Override field is automatically checked.
  • Total Price is recalculated and displayed.

Assigned based on the pricing hierarchy, changes will immediately cause a new Total Price to be calculated & the Price Override field is set to True.

Unit Price UM

Unit of measure associated with the unit price. Unit Price UM defaults based on the hierarchy price source. 

Note: Changing the unit of measure does not change the unit price. 

Total Price

By default, the system calculates Total Price as Unit Price x Quantity. If you override the calculated unit price:

  • The Price Override field is automatically checked.
  • Unit price, tax, and gross profit automatically update if applicable

Billing Method 

Used to price and group the OE lines for billing purposes. Applies to the sales order and Invoice. Billing method defaults from Project Pricing (where applicable) or from the product class. For details, refer to Working with Billing Methods. 

Tax Amount

Shows the tax amount for the current line item. View only field.

Tax Class

Select tax class: Taxable or Non-Taxable.
