Software Consultant

aSa is seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to install, train, and support our Reinforcing and/or Accounting-related software and systems both globally and throughout North America.  Prior knowledge of aSa software is required.

Duties include:

  • Training and software support.
  • Conduct onsite and remote installation and customer training.
  • Conduct phone support and webinars.
  • Assist development staff with design.
  • Position requires excellent communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to travel.  Business travel is generally 3-5 days per trip averaging 2 trips per month – both domestic and international.
  • Microsoft networking knowledge, a technical knowledge of Windows10 /11, Windows Server or experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
  •  Proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese and/or other foreign languages is a plus
